Is payment safe? Absolutely! We support PayPal, international credit cards, Klarna, and over 50 local wallets. All payments are handled by top-tier third-party platforms with advanced encryption technology to protect your information. If anything unexpected happens (though it’s super rare), you’re protected by law every step of the way.

When do I get my bike? What about shipping costs? Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped via trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after shipping. For pre-orders, the shipping date is shown on the product page. And here’s the best part—shipping is free on all orders!

Not sure if it’s the right fit? Can I return it? Yes you can! If the e-bike is unused and still in its original packaging, you can request a refund within 30 days. For returns due to quality issues, Fiido not only offers a full refund but also covers return shipping costs and even arranges pickup from your home. For other reasons, you’ll need to cover shipping costs, but the process is simple and hassle-free.

What about repairs? Fiido provides free parts replacements within two years, including shipping costs! You’ll also get lifetime technical support with step-by-step video guidance from our technicians. If you still can’t resolve the issue, take your bike to a local repair shop, and we’ll reimburse the costs.
