Smooth ride, more noise than my previous bike but very powerful. Kids love it.

Vélo agréable. Je suis très content de mon achat. Le vélo est puissant et confortable, même avec 2 enfants installés derrière. Seul bémol, la selle, peu confortable au départ, mais on s’y fait à la longue. Je recommande vivement !

Great products but some items out of stock

Be careful when ordering, that all items are in stock, even if it says they are on the website.
I ordered C11 pro with accessories and a T2 with accessories. The C11 arrived within the 2day period but some accessories took over a month to arrive. The T2 I ordered took over a month to arrive and I had to get the black bike as there were no green ones available.
Customer service is good but time consuming as based in Hong Kong with time difference could only communicate with one email a day.
Quality of the bikes and accessories is great and came really well packaged and were easy to assemble.
The bikes ride well and are good enough for the price point.
Apart from the mither with delivery I’m very pleased with the bikes. My advise would be watch out for delivery times stated on the website
