Yes. You can return the e-bike to the location provided by our after-sales customer service team. Refunds will be issued as long as the e-bike is returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.
If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund processing times depend on the order status:
Before shipment (no tracking number issued): Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
After shipment (tracking number issued): Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned items are received at our location.
Orders for in-stock e-bikes are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 days depending on your location. Overall, you can expect to receive your e-bike within 8-15 days.

Delivery to remote locations may take longer, and the estimated time will depend on your location and the carrier's availability.
Total shipping time is counted by adding the estimated shipping date on the product page to the standard delivery time for your region.
Case 1: No account registered → Just sign up with the email you used for your order, and the information will be linked automatically.
Case 2: Registered email doesn't match order email → Contact us and provide both email addresses, and we’ll help you merge the orders.

1. Fingerprint Switch Indicator (Auto-Display)
After 10 seconds of inactivity, the fingerprint switch light will automatically switch to battery indicator:
Green Light: High battery (Above 60%)
Blue Light: Medium battery (40%–60%)

2. Fiido App
Pair your Fiido Air with the Fiido App to see the remaining battery level on the speed interface.
3. Fiido Mate Watch
If connected to a Fiido Mate Watch, the battery level will also appear on the speed interface.
