We have been riding hills and the Fiido Air takes them in its stride. We also took the E-assist off completely and it’s easy to pedal on the flat terrain. Very happy with the functionality!

Fiido Air Ultra-Light Carbon Fiber E-Bike

Haven't been on a bike in years, bought brand new, delivery was on time (uk). Packaging was good, Setup mostly done, tools supplied, so would be easy for anyone to complete. After I charged battery, took for quick ride. On return went to fold bike, something fell on floor, thought oh no, spring has come out, but it was the paint had stripped off the frame across the top square section of fold about 2 inches, It is pretty bad, but I will be using it for wild camping, so likely to be scratched up, now I haven't got to worry about it being scratched. The colour is lovely, but paint work obviously not great. In Fiido's defense, I couldn't be bothered to report so they have not had a chance to correct, I will just give it a bit of a custom paint job, That will also make it stand out if someone tried to take it. At weekend I took it for 11 mile run and the following day 28 mile run. It was fantastic. On the 28 mile run started to get clicking sound, but adjusted the tension on the gear lever as I was riding, and the clicking went. 28 miles was 2 1/2hr ride mostly flat just a couple of hills, went out 14 miles on 2 setting, still had 4 bars on battery, rode back 14 miles on 3 (top setting) and on return had 2 bars left for battery. I think in my case averaging 10 miles a bar at 14 stone male. I am just over 6ft (use to be 6"2 but shrunk with age). So should get more than 50 miles if I keep to 2 or 1 setting. In conclusion, I am really happy, except for the paintwork , I have photos which I can't upload a picture here, but, I have got new video equipment and looking to do a review on YouTube, and video my journeys but want to use it for awhile before giving a proper review, I am also a author on Medium so will do blogs as well. I did look at the X, but wanted simplicity, so less to go wrong. This is a basic bike but does everything you want with the added extra of being able to fold it up - a couple of other points - which seem to be upgrades from complaints I have seen online. My seat and seat post did not move at all on my journeys. To fold the handle bars there is an additional button other side of quick release that needs to be pushed in ( no real instructions). This is stiff at the moment and some people might need help pushing it in. It is good to know that the bike is continuously being developed. I would have given 5 stars except for the paint work, but I have not seen this complaint anywhere else, so might be a one off and I am still happy - added picture now

This is my first ebike. I needed something light enough to carry up my apartment stairs. I have been riding back and forth to work and even out on some local trails. The tires were a bit narrow for the latter activity, so I actually swapped out some BMX tires that were wider. This softened up the ride and made it much better on the dirt trails. It folds easily to put in my car if I want to take it with me. The motor is quite and very smooth. The act of pedalling feels very natural. Although the motor is only 250W, it's plenty for me. It feels like a bike first, with a little assistance added during the tough bits. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first ever electric bike and decided to start of low as a 250w motor. I opted in for the fiido d11, as it looked stylish and great colour blue. Rides very well, pure electric electric mode is so much fun and overall peddle assist. Very happy 😊 amazing e bike love it

Bought as replacements for stolen bikes. T1 and c11 taken from shed! The old bikes were very good but these are fantastic! Never fancied the older version due to the cable brakes, can't fault these. The bikes dont even know they're folding bikes they're so solid and feel like full size!

I received my D11 Pro in the early day in Jan 2026. The bike has been excellent for my needs, so far so good, The guide light at the front is bright and the light is a great use for city rides. Seat is adjustable and the battery attached to the seat - this is difficult when carrying the battery with because it is a big long and heavy battery. However, if you could get the double locked and chain, to lock the seat to the frame, it will be safe when parked. I haven't rode my bike elsewhere apart from in the cities and I love it so far.

The folding process is not as easy, it could be better by having a magnet which can pull the bike together.

The bike frame is strong and I don not find it light, but I am a very small build. I somehow manged to lift my bike into my car boot, though. It takes some minutes haa.

All in all, it is a good and cute feature bike. 4/5 for style, and for the usage I give it 10/10. Keep it up FIIDO.

I’m 70 and the Fiido C11 Pro is my first E-Bike ….. so far, I’m loving it a lot, including the colour. Despite my initial reservations about buying online, the experience was surprisingly pleasant and without any problems. I was given advance notification of its delivery and it arrived well packaged and, with the help of the video, assembling it was very straightforward. I’m about 5’8” and there’s ample adjustment in the seat position/height and the handlebars. So far, I’m still mostly cycling with minimum use of the battery and pedal assist but being able to engage this and the hand throttle for the hilly bits is making my cycling much more enjoyable and enabling me to cycle much further afield. For me, the seat is OK for shorter trips but its hardness is definitely felt by me over longer cycles and becomes uncomfortable so I have added a padded seat cover. I also bought the panniers which were delivered a few weeks after the bike and I’ve found them very spacious and useful.

I would like to thank you to the delivery company for the delivery on time. It is a beautiful, very well finished bicycle. I had a short ride due to the weather condition and I am very impressed. I did not tested the autonomy but I expect to be similar to the hibrid cars, the more support used les autonomy received but is all assumed. I am very happy with my new C11 Pro. I am planning of buying a Nomads model as well, soon. Thank you Fiido for the quality and price.

I received my C-21 late July 2025. Timely delivery. Easy shopping, and surprisingly easy unboxing and assembly.
I am honestly impressed and surprised over the quality of handcraftship and use of my C-21. It’s a simply great lightweight heavy duty bicycle. It runs very smooth with the torque support system. Surprisingly it’s also easy to crank away with no power on.
I’m happy over my choice and I do really recommend the C-21.

I bought this bike in July 2025 and after almost a year I can say that it is just great. It fulfills all my requirements: moving safely, quickly, flexibly and elegantly from A to B, possibly with an adult passenger and some cargo loads, but without being too unwieldy when riding alone.

This bike remains stable at high speed and heavy loads. And surprisingly, riding without motor assistance is not a big challenge, as long as there is no steep uphill.

This bike is also extremely ideal for plane-spotting. Its large front basket is enough for my photography equipment and a ladder can be easily carried at the back if needed. Its battery range is enough for me to ride to the airport (around 10km) and around the airport fence (and then back to home of course).

Although some technical problems occur during my ride, the customer-service team of Fiido is always helpful. They respond rather quickly and give real solutions to the problems.

Another aspect I like is the modular design: one can replace any electrical parts (controller, motor, display etc.) easily even without professional electric & mechanic knowledge.

After all, it is a great bike and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. (A lot of people on the street were fascinated by my bike and asked me where I bought it.)

Minor downsides:
- extremely difficult to be brought onto train (only those with low-floor-accessible bicycle carriage can carry it)
- the battery level display is sometimes inaccurate

Problems occurred during my riding:
- In August 2025, after a long ride uphill with heavy loads (approx. 140kg including rider), the bike jerks when starting with the throttle. Problem got fully solved after the controller got replaced.
- In December 2025, after a long ride uphill off-road in snow at low temperature with heavy loads (approx. 140kg including rider), the bike shut off. Problem got solved after the battery and controller got replaced.
- In April 2026, after a long ride uphill off-road at low temperature with heavy loads (approx. 140kg including rider), the controller burned out with visible smoke. Problem got solved after the controller got replaced. (This time, I contacted Fiido to upgrade to the US-version controller, which has a maximum current of 26A instead of 13A like the EU version.)

Some suggestions to the bike:
- a built-in direction indicator system would be useful for bike at this size
- a stronger controller as official optional upgrade for heavy users like me would be great (the EU version controller with maximum current 13A is really not enough for me)
- an official possibility of carrying extra battery/batteries like Titan would be great
- it would be perfect if orders could be shipped directly to Switzerland (not only to EU region)

Sturdy bike that rides very smooth. Stable in high speeds gives a relaxed feeling. Torquesensor does a good job and there is no problem riding beside a friend with regular bike at slower speeds. If bike is left restricted to 25km/h highest gear seems unnecessery, and I would rather have a lower first gear. Not really a problem as long as there is juice left in the battery though. Good brakes. Good power from motor.
Really love the bike after first couple of days.

I bought my first T2 electric bike 2 weeks ago and I can only say good things about it. It's fast, I can ride it to work all week on one charge. I ride 17 km every day. The next day I ordered the footrest recommended for children, but I have to wait a month to get it. I'm not very happy with it, but apart from that everything is perfect. I bought a mirror and a turn signal indicator. Simply perfect

I love it! it's just a little bit heavy...
I am using it for 4 month to go to work and to ride with my 2 kids (1 and 6).

Just got my M1 Pro and took it out for a proper first ride — 45 km, Sport mode, with full throttle on the steeper climbs. Only used 2 battery bars, so range looks excellent. Spent about an hour setting up the gear shifting out of the box, which was a minor hassle, but once dialed in it's smooth. Absolutely love this thing.

am very happy with this bike. It is excellent for riding on asphalt and around the city. The riding position is very comfortable thanks to its well-designed geometry. The large fat tires and full suspension make the ride smooth and comfortable, even on rough roads. The motor has enough power for everyday riding, and the bike feels stable and enjoyable. I am very satisfied with my Fiido M1 Pro and would definitely recommend it.

My wife was anti electric bikes saying she is not ready for it or of an age she needs it. Borrowed her brothers and realised that she still had to work, but the range was longer with the assist. So we were converted, but which bike do we get? Met a lovely couple who let us try their Fiido D3 Pro. We were hooked.
Bought a D3Pro to try. A week later, bought the second. Any excuse to use it! They are great fun. We have tested it against the biggest hills we have and they fly up them! We now try to use it on ECO up hills to make us work harder and still it makes light work of it. Be aware that there is a very slight lag between peddling and the motor kicking in. So if you are manoeuvring through a tight gap and peddle, the motor could kick in and accelerate. You get used to it very quickly.
We have bought them for our motorhome and feel they will be a fantastic addition to our trips, especially with the Bike Buddie Seat for the dog.

The bike arrived in the predicted time. Everything is as described.

Great little bike, does all I need. Great for riding the canal footpaths, or riding round the cities not having to worry about the UK police. Legal throttle and enough power.

I live in the northern part of the world where the terrain is very varied, with everything from steep hills to unpaved roads. The D3 Pro Mini has me covered perfectly. Whether I'm tackling rougher paths or riding in the city, this bike is ideal for an engineering student like me.

I never thought it would be that good. I deffinigely recommend the D3 pro mini bike. Though range is just about 30km (verified) it is worth the price.

This is a beast of a machine. I had viewed video clips, read comments and did my research before committing to the Titan purchase. My spectations were of excitement when I ordered. When it arrived, eventually, my spectations were blown away and replaced with nothing but one word. "AWESOME". The smile on my face was huge my hands rubbing to get torn into building this magnificent well crafted machine. Once I had assembled the bike guided by the booklet of instruction and a QR code to a video explaining the steps to take I was like a "bat outta hell" I drove this monster through various terrains to ascertain how the various functions adapted and worked.
To say I was impressed is an understatement...I was just in AWE...pure and simple..complete awe! Thank you to Fiido for creating the Titan. My daughter as given it it's name "The Beast" I hope to get all the related accessories to prepare for long haul trips in the better weather.. Supreme satisfaction from this customer.

It's 1 month now since this arrived and it's the best decision I made last year ending in regards to my bike delivery job. Thank you Fiido for the Fiido Titan bike. I absolutely love the cruise control the most. I'll buy an extra battery later as using it only in sports mode makes the battery lasts only 3-4hrs. Aside that it last 5-6hrs on Normal mode.

Not a bad bike for the money. Headlight mounting needs reengineering so it turns with the handle bars. The battery cover was a terrible fit which I addressed my self. But still good value with fast delivery.

Love this bike but the battery doesn’t last as long as I was expecting. Still it’s a great bike and love the help I received from the team when I had questions!

Great little bike would be perfect for campervans, motorhomes and boats
Very impressive with the design and when you remove the battery it’s supper light to move

The Fiido X meets my expectations (I had previously read up on Youtube...). I now like it so much that I will sell my other wheels. The motor is virtually inaudible and the torque sensor allows a very natural pedaling feel when driving. I am over 1.90m tall / stride length 90cm and the seating position is sporty comfortable or the seat post can be pulled out much further.
If you want to go faster than 25 km / h or more often downhill, I recommend changing the sprocket from 13-28 to 11-28 teeth (available on Amazon or other platforms).
Order and delivery went flawlessly directly from the manufacturer.

Early indigo purchaser so I got a great deal in my opinion, order took 5 months for early adopters which was supposed to be about 2.5 months so longer than expected but I always knew manufacture & delivery expectations from China were underestimated. Delivery from now on would be very fast generally as the Polish warehouse Stock ships quick to E.U.

Bike arrived well packaged & fully built, handle clamp needs to be loosened which I took ages to figure out connecting steering to upright position.
Everything else was amazing apart from not realising I had to push seatpost clamp in harder to use keypad as I thought the bike was broken.

Quality of bike materials is beyond great for first opinions as the frame is very solid and not one noise from bike or motor while cycling, to find out how to remove beeping sound and speed limiter keep an eye out on my YouTube channel SMITHY

Bike is nice and feels great to ride. Anyway, right from the box I found paint is not the great quality... Long piece from the edge of the front neck fell off before I could take off shipping cover from the neck and mount on handlebars... I totally missed any instructions for mudguard assembly or and it took me some time to figure it out. In the end I figured I've used front holders on rear mudguard and have now unnecessary holes in the rear mudguard. My 75 years old mom is happy anyway and she's getting familiar with the bike. Shipping of the bike was pretty fast but waiting on accessories over 3 weeks is phatetic. Unfortunatelly I forgot to take any picture
