6. Can I install a child seat? a bike trailer?

Yes. For child seat, consider brands like Bobike, Thule, and OGK; its installation requires a rear rack, purchasable on our website. Child’s weight ≤ 25kg.
Trailer compatibility: 11.8mm motor axle fits a 12.5-13mm hitch hole (≤5mm thick). For satety, ensure trailer wheel diameter < bike's.
7. How to pay by installment?

Yes. You can return the e-bike to the location provided by our after-sales customer service team. Refunds will be issued as long as the e-bike is returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refund processing times depend on the order status:

Before shipment (no tracking number issued): Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

After shipment (tracking number issued): Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned items are received at our location.

A great sturdy good looking design with long range and heavy load capability. Loved the fat tyres and comfy seat meaning going off road and on a real pleasure. Lights brilliant. Only downside was stock lousy thin tyres that punctured and had to be replaced with thicker better quality ones.

Since the bike arrived after Christmas and it’s January here in Wisconsin, it’s still in the box in the garage waiting for spring.

Easy to assemble and fun to ride

I was worried that with my limited mechanical skills, I might have trouble putting the bike together. It turned out to be exceptionally easy to assemble. The best part is it’s a blast to ride. Great bike in all respects!
