Yes. This innovative display screen features a modular design, allowing replacement within 10 minutes. Most replacements can be done independently, or you can contact the nearest offline store for assistance.
Can I ride it in the rain? Is the battery waterproof?
Fiido e-bikes are rated at IP54, meaning they can resist water splashing from any angle and are dust-protected. While riding in the rain, the bike won't be damaged by raindrops, mud, or water splashes from the ground. However, it’s still vulnerable to damage if exposed to water jets, temporary or continuous immersion, or if washed with high-pressure devices.
Will the X unfold during pushing after folding?
No, the X features a folding magnetic suction device that securely holds it together when folded, ensuring it remains tightly connected during pushing.
Is there an anti-theft lock on the E-bike?
Yes, the X comes with a built-in smart anti-theft lock, which can be unlocked via password or mobile app, ensuring the security of your vehicle.
