If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Before shipment (no tracking number issued): Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Arrived 9 days from order to Sweden.
Also received a refund caused by the ”mother day” sale during delivery time of my bike(75 euro).
62 miles today without any problem.
Added bigger mudflaps as an upgrade. Curious how it will work during autumn/ wintertime later on…

It's ok

Poor factory assembly. Overall, everything is fine, but the steering fork is loose, the engine is noisy due to poor lubrication. Before use, it needs to be completely disassembled, lubricated and assembled.

Seems to only go 50 miles pure electric. Doesn't seem to go 80 without sub 15 mile an hour speed and peddle assist.

Peddle assist does not have a gear and is like free wheeling sometimes.
