I had to wait some time for the bike rack despite being ordered at the same time as the bike. The rack itself looks good and with the installation video managed to attach it.

Shipping took too long, had to wait almost 3 months to receive it.

The bike rack is really good quality, very sturdy. A bit annoying that you have to shell out £50 for a bike rack to fit the D11, its so weird a shape that generic racks don't fit. Having said that am happy with it, looks great and does the job. Difficult to fit as the fixings are behind the electronics below the seat post. Got there eventually...

I've been using the Fiido D11 to commute to work (8 mile round trip) for a while now, and it's been great, nice design/looks, well put together and solid, motor is plenty powerful, drivetrain is smooth, easy controls, brakes are good, and it's more comfortable than I thought it would be.
All round very please with the bike, but ...
1 star knocked off, due to delivery. 2 failed delivery attempts, and I had to contact the courier to sort out a 3rd go (successfully) ... And I still haven't received the D21 rear rack? tracking info says it's been in transit for 30 days (that number started at 15 and has gone up every day!) why is it taking so long !
Fiido = Great Bikes, but their delivery/courier partners are tarnishing the overall experience !!
