Any Fiido user from around the world can participate the contest.

Please submit your works via the event's homepage, sending the work via email or social media will not be acceptable. When submitting your work, please log in to your personal social media account,(you could choose either Instagram, facebook or twitter), post your entry, the description of your entry and the hashtag topic of the event together, and then authorize your entry to be posted on the event homepage. Your social media account will be used as your unique identity. You will agree to all rules and regulations of the FREE THE DAY Image Contest when you publish your entries on tge event's homepage.

The deadline for submitting entries is at midnight(24:00) on November 30, 2022 (GMT). After the deadline, to make sure the competition is fair, you will no longer be able to post, change, or delete your work.

Yes, all submissions to the FREE THE DAY Image Contest must be created with Fiido products. No model and creation time limited.

The images you submit can only be in .jpg format, and it must not be less than 1,000 pixels on the shorter side, the data volume of a single image must not exceed 20 MB.

Each participant can upload a maximum of 1 set of work. Either 1 photo or several photos will all be seen as 1 set of work.

Please make sure these information are true and vaild, so that we can contact you in time. Otherwise, we may not be able to verify your work and identity, and cannot evaluate or award the prize.

All participants shall not use this platform to publish any illegal content, including seditious, pornographic, violent, or terrorist images and/or data. Submissions that violate applicable laws and regulations or that the organizer regards as disruptive to social order or public ethics shall be disqualified from the contest.

After the initial submission, all approved ones will be screened by a preliminary jury, and 1000 images will be selected for the final stage of the contest. For the final judgment, a panel of judges will be invited to work together to decide the winners.

Yes. The copyright of any submitted work will be retained by its creator/submitter. You warrant that you have independent, complete, explicit, and uncontroversial copyright of your submissions and that such submissions do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to the copyright and rights of portrait, reputation, and privacy. Your participation in this contest shall be deemed as you having agreed to this condition. All legal liabilities for any disputes arising from your breach of the aforementioned warranties shall be borne by you. The organizer and its partners shall not assume any liability in this regard. You agree to authorize the organizer and its associated companies to use, with or without modification, your submissions for campaigns and product and brand marketing for free, including but not limited to using your submissions in global social media, print media, printing, photography exhibitions, retail stores, road shows, out-of-home advertising, and other marketing activities. In light of this, the organizer shall not issue further notice to inform you or seek your approval when using your submissions.

We will contact the winners directly through their social media accounts to verify their identity and awards. Once the identity is verified, we will send an official notification to the winner via marketing@fiido.com. Meanwhile, We will also simultaneously publish the list of winners on our official website for the convenience of all the participants. The list of winners will be officially announced by November 19, 2022.

You can visit your own social media account to modify or delete your works that were not shortlisted or awarded. However, if your work has been shortlisted and the contest review has not been completed, such as when the initial screening has begun and the final decision has not been made, you cannot modify or delete your submission.

As the FREE THE DAY Image Contest is a global contest, your submissions will be reviewed and selected uniformly. After approval, the works will be displayed to global users on the homepage of the activity, and global users can query and browse through the homepage of the activity. Your submitted works will be publicized on homepage of the contest and may also be displayed on our partner channels, such as Fiido official website, Fiido official social media, Fiido officially authorized offline store and other channels.
