All coupons can be used only for purchase of ebikes, including Fiido X and T2 at €1499.
- What do you need to submit? A photo of the odometer reading, bike frame number, order number, and proof of purchase.
- Where to submit? On Fiido's official “Trade Old Miles for New Ride” event page.
- Each e-bike's mileage can only be used once to redeem a discount voucher.
- The mileage is based on the actual reading displayed on the bike's original odometer.
- Calculation method for borderline cases: If you’re within 300 km of a coupon threshold, we’ll round your distance up. For example, at 6,700 km, you can get a 25% off coupon.
- For non-C series models without an official odometer, users must submit the bike frame number, order number, and proof of purchase.
- How is usage time calculated? From the date of purchase up to the date you upload your documents.
- Calculation method for borderline cases: if you reach 8 months, it's counted as a full year. For example, if you hit 2 years and 8 months, you'll receive a 15% off coupon.
The Fiido team will verify the authenticity of the submitted information and confirm the mileage. Please note that all information submitted by participators must be genuine and valid. False or misleading information is not allowed.
Vouchers will be approved based on the order of email submissions and sent to the provided email within 3 working days after approval.
- Vouchers can be used to purchase the following models: C11, C11 Pro, C21, D3 Pro, T2, X.
- Vouchers are valid until May 31, 2025.
- The vouchers of the giveback program 2025 can only be stacked with current website deals. They cannot be combined with other discounts, such as influencer-exclusive codes or coupons provided by a customer service agent.
- All models involved in the event are in stock.
- Estimated delivery time is 4-10 working days, depending on the user's location.
Non-Fiido users can receive a €25 discount simply by providing their email on this page. The discount can be applied directly to any Fiido e-bike purchase.
